We are a family-based business and over the years have used numerous wholesale businesses to buy in garden gifts and ornaments to sell.

We would pre-order months in advance to secure stock, but we became frustrated about the service we received in four key areas:

• Despite ordering in advance, the supply of items we wanted was often unavailable or delayed by months, missing the sales opportunity

• Some items that sold well for us were de-listed without notice

• The quality of items we ordered varied enormously, leading to unhappy customers

• We couldn’t get anyone to create new items that we felt would sell well to expand our range offering.

So we decided to set about developing our own range of products, to a consistent high quality, ensuring we always had stock available based on our forecasted needs.

After a few years getting everything aligned in the supply chain and quality control processes, and designing our own range of Sculptures and Ornaments we now offer our products to the retail market.
